Policy Overview:

You have a 14-day window to return items after your purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Items MUST also be trackable, otherwise, we are not liable for items lost during transit. Please provide your tracking number once you have it. To speed up the return process, please include your order number on the address label or within the parcel. This helps us identify your return and process refunds more quickly. Returns typically take up to seven days to process upon receipt.

Please note that in certain cases, we provide store credit for returns. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items where the packing has been damaged by the customer, original seals have been broken, skincare items, blood test home kits, or any items in which body fluids are used for tests.

Unless faulty upon delivery, medicines (including vitamins & supplements), cosmetic products that have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Postage Costs:

Please be aware that initial postage costs are non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as advertised. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the cost of postage for sending the item back to us. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you cancel an order within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund of the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you. For returns made outside the conditions of the statutory right to cancel, or for returns of non-faulty items, the cost of return postage will not be refunded.
