All vaccines we use are licensed for use in the UK. Your pharmacist will go through the benefits and the risks with you before you consent, and will check that the appointment is suitable for your child.

How many doses are required?

The course is two doses, 4–8 weeks apart and never less than 4 weeks. Each dose is a separate 30-minute appointment at £85, so £170 for the full course.

Can children get the vaccine?

Yes, the vaccine is recommended for children over 1 year old.

Are there any side effects?

Most people experience no side effects, though some may have mild redness or swelling at the injection site.
